We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) interested in a flexible PRN role conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This role offers a way to supplement income, work autonomously, and impact patient care—without ongoing treatment responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients
• Review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors
• Perform basic physical and mental health evaluations
• Provide preventive care education; ongoing management not required
• Travel locally within your county and nearby areas

Requirements:

• Active NP license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health specialties)
• No Physician Assistants
• Availability of at least five full 7.5-hour days per month
• Willingness to travel within approximately 60 minutes of home

Additional information:

• As a 1099 contractor, you may deduct $0.70/mile in 2025 (consult your tax advisor)
