Park Lead
Urban Air Adventure Parks seeks a hard‑working, responsible, light‑hearted individual with strong customer service skills to manage our park.
Base Pay Range$10.00/hr - $12.00/hr
Responsibilities- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
- Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
- Monitor on‑site staff
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
- Promote safety for employees and customers
- High School Diploma, some College preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisor‑level role
- Proven conflict management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
