IntroductionOur client is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital located in Tennessee, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated and skilled team. This full-service hospital provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care for dogs and cats, with an emphasis on both modern and integrative medicine. The practice is well established and committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team culture.
The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking professional growth and mentorship in a well-equipped, progressive environment.
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from affair of 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Sundays closed. This is a full‑time position, offering a structured weekly schedule and a balanced workload. There are no after‑hours or on‑call requirements, allowing veterinarians to enjoy a strong work‑life balance while providing high‑quality care during regular daytime hours.
Role Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive medical and surgical services, from wellness care and diagnostics to complex procedures. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, lançar surgeries, interpreting lab and imaging results, and maintaining clear, compassionate communication with clients. The veterinarian will also support the development of veterinary assistants and technicians through collaboration and mentorship. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and motivated new graduates, with opportunities for continuing education and clinical growth in areas such as surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and holistic care.
This AAHA‑accredited facility is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology to support high‑quality medicine, including digital radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, echocardiography, telemedicine capabilities, and advanced diagnostic equipment. The hospital also integrates Eastern medicine and alternative therapies, offering a holistic approach to pet health. Services include preventive care, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, dental procedures, internal medicine, dermatology, nutrition counseling, and advanced imaging.
