This role combines responsibilities for supplier quality engineering and quality management system coordination. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting new product launches, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining robust quality processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality issues and problem-solving internally and with customers.
  • Support new product launches and ensure process control measures are in place.
  • Apply and coach the use of quality tools (e.g., 8D) for root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions.
  • Define and release rework instructions; issue problem alerts for critical issues.
  • Participate in customer part rejection analysis and warranty reviews to achieve 0 PPM.
  • Maintain customer-specific requirements and update quality information on customer portals.
  • Build strong relationships through regular customer visits and collaboration.
Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain and optimize QMS documentation, policies, and procedures to meet standards.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits; lead initiatives for continuous improvement and risk-based corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement strategies aligned with plant objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 50001) and support certification processes.
  • Authority to stop processes or production in case of non-conformance or safety concerns.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GD&T.
  • Expert in quality planning, problem-solving, and auditing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage projects under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
