• High school diploma or GED required
• 1yr leasing experience
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
• Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs

• Lease apartments and assist prospects through the full leasing process
• Maintain organized files and ensure tour paths and model units are ready
• Promote property features, pricing, and leasing terms
• Respond to leads, calls, and inquiries with urgency and professionalism
• Support social media and local marketing efforts
• Conduct property inspections and ensure community presentation
• Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
