Customer Sales Associate

We are looking for a few "sports-minded" individuals who are self-motivated and seeking an opportunity to prove themselves with tremendous advancement opportunities as a CSA for our Chattanooga, TN retail store. At A Team Leasing, we promote from within based on performance, not seniority. This is a career-launching opportunity to learn our business from the ground up, gaining experience in customer deliveries, sales, customer service, collections, inventory control, and marketing.

You will be reviewed twice a year, with opportunities for raises during reviews and upon promotion. We also offer monthly bonuses based on individual and store performance.
