Responsibilities- Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person. Communicate clearly and concisely, adapt your style to suit the customer, problem solve, demonstrate excellent phone skills, and resolve conflicts.
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
- Maintain service vows:
Be Prepared, Welcoming, meet customer needs, and complete operational tasks to support a flawless shopping experience. - Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store’s Five-Star Customer Service performance.
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence. Escalate when needed and partner with the leadership team.
- Explain how alterations can improve dress fitting in partnership with Alterations and promote alterations services and personalization options.
- Maintain store standards and dress code compliance to support a positive shopping environment.
- Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in inventory management procedures, including processing orders and ensuring quality of merchandise.
- Support cash wrap processes and transactions accurately to ensure customers feel celebrated.
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or a specialty store environment may be preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear customers; and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Able to read, see up close and at a distance, and use a computer and devices for long periods.
