As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. You may also work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.50-$15.50 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 8–12 hours per week.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities. Maintain professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may be required to work on the holiday itself, including weekends.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, relocate card departments and products, and reset card sections. Notice for remodel assignments is typically given two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers within the field organization as needed.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds on occasion. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs and step ladders as required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
