Sales Representative, Inside Sales
The sales position is focused on obtaining new club memberships. This is accomplished primarily through calling leads generated through marketing activities, warm calling prospects, club tours and contests. Sales reps are expected to meet monthly quotas and be productive within 30 days of starting. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to close the sale.
They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the services offered by the club. This is a competitive sales position, with the clear objective of always meeting quota and constant improvement. Cooperation in a team environment is also essential.
Pay is hourly plus commissions!
