This is a full-time on-site role located in St. Petersburg, FL, for a Sales and Operations position. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, managing and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and streamlining internal processes. Candidates will also play a role in training team members and working collaboratively to achieve company goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Capability in Training and mentoring team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is beneficial
