We're on the hunt for a full-time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager who knows how to close high-ticket deals and create unforgettable client experiences. If you love beauty, skincare, and luxury — and you know your way around a sales goal — keep reading.

As part of the front-line sales team, you’ll be the go-to guide for clients as they begin (or continue) their skincare transformation journey. You’ll work hand-in-hand with licensed estheticians and help clients commit to long-term, customized treatment plans that deliver results.

• Run high-impact, consultation-style appointments with new and returning clients
• Hit daily sales targets ($3,500+ — yes, it’s totally doable)
• Track client progress, purchases, and feedback in our CRM
• Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience every step of the way

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Optimize the client journey — from first contact to full transformation
• Jump in to help close big-ticket packages and coach team members to success

• Base Pay : $2,500–$3,000 / month
• Commission : 4%–10% (our top earners love this part)
• No cold calls or walk-ins — all appointments, all high-conversion

• You’ve got experience in luxury sales, aesthetics, or wellness
• You're a people person — confident, caring, and clear
