We are seeking a Marketplace Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a team in Chattanooga, TN. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales – Central Region & Adv. Solutions, this role is based in our Chattanooga, TN office and supports clients throughout the Greater Chattanooga Area.
Your Impact- Lead and develop a dynamic sales team, coaching them to exceed performance goals.
- Build and execute strategic plans to expand Novatech’s regional presence.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and position Novatech as a trusted expert.
- Engage with the local business community to identify new opportunities.
- Set the standard for prospecting new business through proactive outreach.
- Proven outside sales success, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Industry experience is required – IT, managed services, or business technology solutions.
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle – from planning to closing.
- Business acumen with a drive to become an industry expert.
- Passion for mentoring and developing top‑performing teams.
