Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission, W-2 employment, and benefits. Reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and travel from home.
Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. The position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers — this is not door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
