Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Chattanooga Area for a Hotel Sales Manager at the Somesta Select Hamilton crossings hotel. The Hotel Sales Manager will drive revenue by creating and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, developing innovative sales strategies, and leading sales efforts to achieve business goals. They will actively prospect for new business opportunities, coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Additionally, the role involves collaboration with hotel departments to ensure smooth implementation of events and services for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, negotiating, and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in Marketing, with an understanding of how to create engaging promotional campaigns and strategies to attract guests and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in sales or event management, is a strong advantage.
