This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Specialist located in Chattanooga, TN. The Agency Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering relationships with businesses to promote Colonial Life's products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing and delivering training for new agents, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring client needs are met effectively to drive business growth.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to meet and exceed targets while guiding the team toward achieving business objectives
- Proficiency in training others to ensure accurate understanding of product offerings and sales methodologies
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and adapt to diverse client and team dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is an added advantage
