Our products, techWALL® and brainWALL®, simplify fixed operations through tools for service management, communication, and AI-powered customer engagement. Headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, we serve dealerships nationwide.

We’re looking for a motivated, curious Regional Account Executive to join our team and help grow the Gratis Solutions business. Your primary responsibility will be winning new dealership customers through a combination of phone outreach, virtual presentations, and in-person sales.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the automotive service lane, enjoys opening doors, and can connect a dealership’s needs with practical solutions. You’ll build relationships with dealership decision-makers and guide opportunities from the first conversation through closing.

• Prospect and secure new dealership customers within your assigned region.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and dealership visits.
• Learn each prospect’s service department challenges and explain how Gratis Solutions can help.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, virtually and in person.
• Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, service directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales process, including discovery, follow-up, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, activity records, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Meet established sales goals and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from sale to onboarding.

• Hands-on automotive service lane or fixed operations experience.
• Automotive vendor sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a combination of both.
• Experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through in a remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for dealership visits and in-person sales meetings.

• Experience selling automotive service lane technology or working for a fixed operations vendor.
• Experience presenting software solutions and conducting product demonstrations.
• An established network of dealership relationships.
