Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri: 06:00 AM - 01:30 PM

How This Role Works:

Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, donors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including the building, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and donor activity, reporting unusual conditions, policy concerns, and security‑related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
