Bombardier Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Our weekend shift schedule is Friday–Sunday, 6 am–6:30 pm. The shift incentive includes an 11.11% shift differential and a 3‑day workweek.

What you can expect as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at West Star: Whether you are replacing or repairing parts, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic systems, or performing inspections on some of the most sophisticated civilian aircraft in the world, each day offers new experiences and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
- Removal and installation of panels and components.
- Troubleshoot and solve aircraft system/component issues.
- De‑fuel aircraft.
- Engine removal and installations.
- Operate ground support equipment.
- Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
- Assist with aircraft movement and taxiing during performance runs.
- Maintain and repair shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
- Use basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
- Communicate effectively in English (speak, write, read).
- Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
Entry level. Full‑time employment. Engineering and Information Technology background. Airlines and Aviation industry experience preferred.
