Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air – Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Lead Equipment Operator for our Sewer & Septic Division. The role requires 3–5 years of excavation experience, skilled excavator operation, and the ability to lead a crew on the jobsite. You will read plans, coordinate with plumbers and inspectors, and ensure safe, efficient digging and trenching.
We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, $25–$35/hour based on experience, and full benefits. CDL A is a plus; background and drug screens required.
