Job Summary:

Under general supervision of the Stability Services Director, the Elder Housing Liaison provides intake, assessment, and social services to individuals and families served on behalf of Habitat for Humanity. The Liaison travels throughout the City of Chattanooga to meet clients in their homes, at partner sites, and in the community to complete intakes, gather and verify required documentation, assess needs, and determine next steps.
