solutions and smart message routing based on timing and priority parameters, streamlining
communication and enhancing patient experiences.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help drive innovation
and build cutting-edge solutions for healthcare communication.

We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will take ownership of front-end development while contributing across the full stack to build
scalable and high-performing applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product
managers, and Dev Ops teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and mentor junior
developers.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Node.js and Python
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, including ECS, Docker, Lambda, and Cloud Formation.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate deployments and manage cloud resources effectively.
• Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal responsiveness and reliability.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices across cloud, backend, and frontend development.

• Work closely with local and remote developers in an agile environment.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement with the team.
• Quickly communicate any blockers, risks, or dependencies impacting project timelines.
• Collaborate with product teams to align development work with system operations and business goals.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience with a focus on scalable full-stack applications.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and Type Script.
  • Proficiency in Python for backend and serverless development.
  • Expertise with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
  • Deep experience working with AWS services: ECS, Docker, Lambda, Cloud Formation.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices.
