• Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Must be able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as requested
• Must be able to travel out of town as needed (infrequently), provided ample notice (48 hours) is given
• Must have fine motor skills and hand dexterity (e.g., tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
• Must be capable of following specific directions from supervisor
• Interested in improving industry knowledge
• Must exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must have the ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
• Must have the ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
• Must have a cooperative, team player attitude
• Must be able to follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
