The ASRT (trainee) assists drivers with their daily delivery routes which also prepares the trainee for advancement to a potential future route position (ASR). This position is physically demanding and very rewarding as being the key entry level position for unlimited promotional opportunities.

• Full-time hourly position
• Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week with weekends off
• Assist account service representative by delivering and unloading product to retailers
• Learn to use handheld computers to print invoices and reconcile route daily
• Outgoing personality and communications skills needed for a positive and professional relationship with customers and staff
• Must possess and maintain a safe and professional driving record
• This is a training position for advancement to the account service representative position

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 22-160 lbs repetitively throughout day
• Valid TN or GA driver's license
