We're excited to welcome a full-time DOT Route Driver (Non-CDL) to our Chattanooga team! In this role, you'll help us deliver fresh-baked doughnuts from our bakery to regional distribution centers, making sure our products arrive safely and on time. This is a DOT-regulated position, so we're looking for someone with a valid DOT Medical Card and at least two years of experience driving a 24-foot or larger box truck.

No CDL is required! We'll provide the truck, equipment, and training you need to succeed. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to be part of a great team.

• Safely operate a 24-foot or larger box truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Load, organize, and secure products for transportation.
• Deliver fresh-baked products to regional distribution centers accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and handle products with care.
• Communicate professionally with team members and distribution center personnel

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years of experience driving a 24-foot or larger box truck.
• Minimum one year of delivery driver experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements. CDL not required.
• Current 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required at the time of interview. Obtain online at: https://www.tn.gov/safety/driver-services/mvr.html
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to begin work at 12:30 PM (end times may vary).
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
