Location: Chattanooga, TN
Salary: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full‑time

The Warehousing Associate is responsible for picking and/or packing orders, printing and affixing labels, inspecting products, and using equipment such as forklifts or order pickers to prepare shipments. You will keep the warehouse running smoothly, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and product type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as required.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets and mark per DOT, IATA, or IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality variances to a direct supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met.
• Execute and document quality inspections per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Keep the facility inspection‑ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report any incidents.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by a supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may involve stooping, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
