Warehouse Supervisor (3rd shift)

United States - TN - Chattanooga

• Supervisory Capacity:
  Direct Reports: 16-20
• Ensure that the inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
• Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the PEPS system (first entries, first departures)
• Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
• Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.

• Participate in annual inventory.
• Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
• Update of stock level for Material coordinators.
• Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
• Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection.

High School Graduateor Equivalent

Area of Study:
General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar

* Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

• 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people.
• 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience with in the automotive industry
• Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.

• Able to pass forklift certification testing.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft systems
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
• Counting/Basic math skills.
