Ocean Adventurers is a leading children's indoor play centre group, providing families with a fun, safe, and memorable experience. We're looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team as Bank Staff General Assistants
, supporting our busy periods, parties, weekends, school holidays, and special events.

As a Bank Staff General Assistant
, you'll play a key role in helping the centre run smoothly. This flexible, casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different tasks, including café operations, customer service, and party hosting.

• Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with café operations, including food preparation, coffee making, serving customers, and operating the till.
• Serving food and drinks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Hosting children's parties and helping to ensure special celebrations run smoothly.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the play centre and café.
• Tidying play areas, resetting tables, and supporting the overall presentation of the venue.
• Assisting children and families where needed to enhance their visit.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and available to work shifts as required, including weekdays, weekends, school holidays, and occasional evenings.

• Previous experience in leisure / hospitality environment is welcomed
