Overview

We enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs.
Responsibilities- To ensure accurate worked hours and absences are recorded promptly and efficiently in support of site operations.
- On a weekly basis, time writers must enter accurate worked hours and absences into the MPower system.
- Review and chase missing sheets of personnel in time writers team.
- Approval and counter signatures of BPT timesheets to evidence Agency timesheets have been entered in MPower.
- Complete relevant section of onboarding, offboarding, transfer checklists.
- Assigning and recording clocking-in fobs.
- Facilitating the running of audits for BPT.
