Tub Maintenance Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to support the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of hot tubs across our resort.

You’ll help ensure hot tubs are clean, safe and operating correctly for guests, carrying out routine checks, water testing and basic maintenance. This is a practical and hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working outdoors.

• Hands-on role supporting the maintenance and safety of guest hot tubs

• Varied outdoor role involving cleaning, water testing and routine maintenance

• Opportunity to develop practical maintenance and water-quality skills

• Work closely with Maintenance and wider resort teams to support the guest experience

• Carry out daily cleaning, testing and routine maintenance of hot tubs

• Monitor and maintain water quality and chemical levels in line with required standards

• Complete routine checks to ensure hot tubs are operating safely and efficiently

• Identify and report faults, damage or maintenance issues promptly

• Assist with basic repairs and servicing where required

• Ensure hot tubs and surrounding areas are clean, tidy and well presented

• Maintain accurate records of water testing, checks and maintenance activity

• Respond efficiently to maintenance requirements and operational requests

• Handle cleaning products and chemicals safely and in line with procedures

• Follow health and safety requirements and company procedures

• Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Housekeeping and wider resort teams

Desirable

• Previous experience within maintenance, leisure, pool or hot tub maintenance

• Experience carrying out water-quality testing

• Experience safely handling cleaning chemicals

• Previous experience within holiday parks, hospitality, leisure or a similar environment
