Salary:
Up to £45,000 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who is confident working across both manual and CNC machining. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality components, from reading engineering drawings to programming, machining, and assembling precision parts.
Responsibilities include:
Program, write, and edit CNC programs independently
Read, interpret, and produce engineering drawings
Operate semi-manual and fully manual lathes
Carry out precision milling and turning operations
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of rotating mechanical components
Ensure work meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in CNC programming and manual machining
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with lathes, milling machines, and general machining operations
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical components
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
