Key Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns. Identify tax issues and planning opportunities for clients. Project manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Establish engagement schedules and ensure projects are completed on time. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and develop tax staff and interns. Review work performed by junior team members. Train and supervise tax interns.

Utilize tax research tools to research and resolve tax matters. Recommend solutions to tax issues. Evaluate and maintain tax preparation software. Deliver high-quality client service and tax compliance support. Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments. Collaborate with firm leadership and peers on client matters. Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
• Strong background in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research
• Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and develop junior staff and interns
• Experience communicating directly with business owners and clients
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with professional tax preparation and research software
