We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year worldwide. It takes a dedicated team of energetic individuals in various roles — from equipment inspectors and yard managers to customer service representatives — to ensure successful multimillion-dollar auctions.

The Customer Service Representative will handle bidder registration, inquiries, payment processing, and other sale-related activities.

• Process bidder payments
• Provide customers with information regarding fee structures and payment methods
• Guide customers on online registration and direct them to auxiliary platforms and services
• Support our Key Room operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Deliver superior customer service at all times
• Perform filing, photocopying, and administrative tasks as needed
• Use Word/Excel proficiently
• Provide additional administrative support across departments
• Answer phones and follow up with courtesy calls post-sale
• Support RB's safety commitment by ensuring a safe working environment

• Previous in-person customer service experience
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service
• Ability to stay positive and organized under pressure
• Friendly, patient, and outgoing personality
• Team player willing to assist wherever needed
• High personal integrity
