Summary Of Position

We are in search of a dynamic Civil Project Designer who is highly motivated and results-driven. As a vital member of our team, you will shape and deliver a wide range of land development projects. • Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges
• Preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents
• Coordination with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit application
• Preparation of grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards
• Perform detailed and complex calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
• Preparation of detailed technical reports and project presentation materials
• Assist project engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within project budgets
• Attend project meetings

• 1-5+ years of experience in site development design
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• A desire and/or ability to work in teams to accomplish shared goals
• Self-motivated with the ability and desire to deliver excellent client service

You will work with a team of Design Engineers, Professional Engineers and Project Managers.

This is a hybrid role that can sit out of one of the following offices:
Roseville, CA;
Bellevue, WA;
Chehalis, WA;
Kent, WA;
Puyallup, WA;
Richland, WA.
