Corporate Front Office Coordinator (Administrative) Position Objective
Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is maintained in all activities that relate to the front office. Coordinate and provide ongoing training and development of front office staff at all sites. Create and maintain a policies and procedures manual as well as a training manual to be used by the various front office positions.

Responsibilities- Provide guidance to front office staff to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure a positive experience for our patients.
- Work closely with Site Managers, Systems Director, as well as other department directors and team leaders.
- Be certain that the front office meets the needs of all Site and Corporate departments.
- Fine‑tune and/or implement front‑office procedures to promote consistency throughout all sites. Understand general front‑office processes including: front desk practices, patient scheduling and counseling, phone answering technique, transcription and medical records including chart prep. Be knowledgeable in insurance eligibility, billing, preauthorization/referrals, and cash payment agreements.
- Work in any front office position as needed either on location or remotely depending on need.
- Be knowledgeable in Next Gen from both the front office perspective as well as from that of Patient Finance and clinical staff. Have an understanding of the doctors grids and how they relate to patient schedules. Be familiar with creating templates and assure that patient information is correctly captured and recorded in the Next Gen database.
Monday Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
* Position includes periodic travel to all of the sites. Flexible hours are necessary to travel to remote sites, including occasionally overnight. Must be comfortable flying often in small planes. Goal will be to visit each site once a year.
* Chehalis will be the home base.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; legible handwriting.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent keyboarding skills and working computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel to other sites in vans and small planes.
- Acute hearing for telephones.
- Good visual acuity for driving and using computer monitors.
- Good hand‑eye coordination for telephones and keyboards.
- Good mobility (must be able to climb stairs).
- Lift up to 35 pounds.
- Reach and stoop.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
