Industrial Maintenance Position

• Shift: Primarily day shift off season; during harvest season, availability required for varying shifts, overtime, some holidays and weekends.
• Starting Pay: $27.90 - $32.75 per hour, DOE.
• Benefits: Permanent, full‑time position includes medical, dental, vision (starting month after 60 days of employment). Eligible for paid vacation, 10 paid holidays per calendar year, jury duty, bereavement leave, 401(k) with matching, life and long‑term disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and paid sick leave.

• Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Basic troubleshoot/diagnose malfunctioning equipment, estimate repair time, and perform repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools to make adjustments to equipment.
• Communicate effectively and work with multiple departments across multiple facilities.
• Maintain high level of organization as a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician.
• Willingness to work in a wet environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Seasonal shift work.

• GED or high school diploma.
• Minimum two years' experience as line mechanic or two years of formal education in welding/machining.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and emphasis on efficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attendance record.
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.

• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 100 pounds.
• Standing/walking up to 3 hours prior to each break.
• Climb/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding.
• Reach both hands/arms in any direction.
• Handle objects with hands.
• See by eyes, good vision.
• Twist/turn trunk side to side.
• Bend body downward, forward; stoop, kneel, crouch as needed.
