As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Programmer, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, playing a critical role in producing components and parts to exact specifications. You will work with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites, using state-of-the-art CNC machines. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in programming, blueprint reading, and technical skills.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys the challenge of creating precise and intricate parts for a wide range of products. Responsibilities:
Develop and write programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM software. Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and models to determine machining parameters. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring the correct fixtures, tools, and materials are used. Test and modify programs to increase efficiency and ensure products meet quality standards. Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, adjusting machine controls or control media as required.

Perform regular maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members. Keep abreast of latest advancements in CNC programming and machining technology.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of 3-Axis experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in programming, blueprint reading, and technical skills.

Experience with setup and operation of CNC machines. Strong understanding of machining operations and processes. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Fusion 360 software. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. High school diploma or equivalent required;
