As a Private Duty RN or LPN, you are the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management. You spend most of your time providing skilled nursing care one‑on‑one in patients’ homes, enabling them to remain at home with their families. Your compassionate presence and positive attitude impact patients’ families. You maintain up‑to‑date charting, communicate respectfully with patients, families, and other health‑care providers, and collaborate effectively.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
• Current CPR certification
