We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. This role offers a fun environment, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for growth, with benefits for health, future, family, and happiness.

• As an Applebee's Bartender, mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible.
• Be friendly to both staff and customers, create fantastic drinks according to established standards, and provide a great bar experience.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law) and able to effectively communicate with others
• Commitment to making an impact

• Applebee's Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, plus the opportunity to earn tips
• Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave
• Daily Pay is available in most locations (not available in California)

• Ability to remain stationary and move with mobility for up to four hours
• Lift up to 25 pounds; transport plates, glasses, and baskets to dining room, service bar, and kitchen
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
• Ability to wear protective face coverings/masks and to frequently wash hands
