• Perform a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations.
• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience; assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction when required, helping customers locate departments or merchandise and answering questions on order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance and work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate detail orientation, time management, integrity, and a focus on store objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
