Job Schedule: Fri 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM;
Sat 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM;

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving to maintain order.
• Conduct routine and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere for visitors and staff.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns.
• Assist visitors and/or customers with directions, information, and general inquiries as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and other unwanted behaviors.

• At least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
