We are seeking full‑time employees, Mon‑Fri, with occasional weekend work possible. We are a fire‑damage restoration company looking to hire motivated individuals willing to work hard and grow with the business. This role requires a positive attitude at all times and teamwork.

• A good attitude, reliable, strong work ethic, punctual, and able to retain instruction.
• Ability to lift a 50‑lb ladder, haul five‑gallon paint buckets, and use a paint sprayer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the construction office.
• Work vehicle provided from office.
• Basic tools required; all equipment and brushes are provided.
• Knowledge of prep and painting millwork and interior and exterior house and business painting. Follows through during winter months.

• Work on ladders or roofs.
• Interior/exterior prep and painting.
• Prepare surfaces for painting (walls, cabinets, doors, etc.).
• Apply primer and paint to various surfaces.
• Mask and cover surfaces (taping).
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other filler.
• Use brush, roller, and spray equipment.
• Work on ladders or scaffolding to reach high or hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Other job duties may be required that are not listed above.
