• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the purchase ledger.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update supplier account details as required.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
• Handle supplier queries and provide resolutions effectively.
• Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

A successful Purchase Ledger should have :

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
• Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• An understanding of the property industry would be advantageous.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• An hourly rate between £14.00 and £17.00, based on experience.
