A leading Essex-based housing association is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the smooth running of supply chain operations, ensuring timely processing, strong supplier relationships, and efficient administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and promptly

• Raise and manage purchase orders

• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve queries

• Maintain accurate records and support daily supply chain activity

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven invoice processing experience

• Confident IT user with strong administrative skills

• Experience working with suppliers

• Purchase ordering experience

• Background in merchants or supply chain is a bonus
