📍 Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
📅 Temporary Contract (2-3 Months)
💷 £20.00 - £25.00 per hour (Umbrella)
We are seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the day-to-day running of hospital accommodation at Broomfield Hospital. Working alongside the Accommodation Manager, you will help deliver a high-quality service for residents, oversee accommodation operations, and support administrative and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resident enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Support the day-to-day operation of hospital accommodation.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and administration.
Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor service standards.
Assist with room allocations, inspections, and occupancy management.
Support the supervision of on-site staff.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
Strong customer service and administrative skills.
Excellent organisation and communication abilities.
Experience with in accommodation, housing, property, hospitality, facilities management, or a similar environment is desirable.
