Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Manager will oversee cultivating relationships with new and existing partners, managing key accounts, and driving strategic collaborations to support business growth. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong professional relationships, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, analysing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance value within our network. The role also involves contributing to the development and execution of partnership strategies that align with the organisation's objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships and fostering long-term collaboration (Ideally with experience in the Event hire space)
  • Strong Account Management and Partnerships experience, focusing on maintaining healthy partner relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and professional correspondence
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating partnership performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • High level presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the events hire, event management or moving industry is a plus
