Assistant Site Manager - Traditional New Build Housing
We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a traditional new-build housing site in Essex.
Responsibilities- Supporting the site team on a busy traditional build housing scheme
- Coordinating trades & subcontractors
- Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point
- Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting
- Previous experience as an ASM on new build housing sites
- CSCS
, SMSTS and First Aid - A proactive, reliable attitude - you'll be the steady pair of hands while the Site Manager is away
- Available to start ASAP
- Temp to Perm!
