£30,000 - £42,000 + Discretionary bonus

📍 Chelmsford, Essex

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working pattern (3/2). The role sits within a Chartered Building Surveying practice and provides exposure to both project and professional instructions, supporting APC progression.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver Building Surveying services across commercial, residential, education and retail sectors

* Undertake contract administration and project management duties

* Support professional instructions including dilapidations, Party Wall matters and defect inspections

* Assist with design and planning-related tasks

* Work with senior surveyors to develop technical and professional capability

✅ Requirements

* RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

* Actively working towards APC completion

* Exposure to project and/or professional Building Surveying work

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Organised and motivated with commitment to professional development

💰 Package

 * £30,000 - £42,000 basic salary

* Discretionary bonus
