Our client is a well-established and progressive company based in Roxwell, Essex, who are a multi-disciplined practice of Chartered Surveyors of residential and commercial properties within London and the outer Boroughs. They are looking for a career-growth-minded, Qualified Building Surveyor, with ideally two years or more of Party Wall experience. You will need your own vehicle as the role involves travel around the London area.

Hours:
£35 to £60K subject to experience Hybrid working role - 60% out and about; 40% office-based Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm Benefits Our Client Offers:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving Party Wall Notices. Preparing Schedules of Condition and Party Wall Awards, Scaffold Licences etc. Liaising with clients, neighbours, and fellow Surveyors. Managing projects independently and as part of a team. Occasionally supporting with other neighbourly matters and property services. Completing Building Surveys and General Property Inspections. Handling Contract Administration and Project Management roles, including Tender. Process Negotiations prior to building works commencing.
Results Expected in the Role To become an active party of our client's team, servicing clients and completing jobs, but also, to become an associate of the business to help grow the Surveying arm of the company, bringing in new work and networking, as well as managing new staff that will be required as a result of the company getting busier.
Standards Expected: RICS, Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, P&T membership (or working towards) - The company is happy to support membership to professional bodies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who is happy to learn the Surveying business, grow with the company and engage in business networking and business generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience Needed:
Proven experience in Surveying / Party Wall matters (ideally 2 years). Experience in undertaking contract administration projects or a willingness to learn. Other
Special Requirements :
