Ideally suited to a 3rd or 4th-year student or someone with 1-2 years QS experience.
Based within a commutable distance of the CM34 area.
The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the senior commercial team in the delivery of interior fit-out projects, gaining structured experience across drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, fire stopping and specialist finishes. This role offers a clear development pathway for individuals seeking to build strong commercial foundations within a professional construction environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Measurement - Conduct site measurements and verify drawings, layouts and completed works.
Cost Management - Assist with cost tracking, variations, purchase orders and project expenditure.
Package Support - Support the management of specialist packages including drylining, partitions, ceilings, fire stopping and doorsets.
