The role of the Contracts Manager – Fenestration will involve:
* Contracts Manager position dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts
* Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South
* Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
* Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays
* Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations
* Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning
* Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs
* Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager – Fenestration with:
* Must have Contracts Management experience within the fenestration sector
* Highly advantageous to have social housing contracts management experience
* May be open to an experienced Contracts Manager within the building products sector
* Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
